Body Brave Basics

Body Brave Basics is a two-hour introduction to body positivity and Health at Every Size®. Unlearn 5 lies weight loss culture has perpetuated as Cat & Ani introduce you to a new framework for approaching health and happiness.

Look forward to a session jam packed with information and also includes space for processing & reflection - both as a group & individually. This sessions also include a short workbook, access to follow-up resources, and a discount for the 6 hour Becoming Body Brave session. 

Each session is lead by Ani Janzen & Cat Polivoda, the co-creators & change agents at Body Brave Consulting. Ani & Cat have expertise in training and facilitation, as well as shared knowledge and passion around body positivity & activism.
